Log In to MinistryPlatform

SPoCs can enable features to make logging in easy. With Simple Sign-On, you can use your email address or mobile phone number instead of a username. With Authentication Via Code, you can securely log in without a password.

If this is your first time logging in or you were inactive for a time, you'll need to log in.

Open a web browser, and go to your organization's MinistryPlatform URL ending with /mp.
Your URL is formatted like this: https://{your platform domain}/mp.
On a trusted device? Select Keep me logged in. This option keeps you logged in for up to three months or until you log out of the Platform.

Tip: Forgot your password? Just click Forgot Password, and we'll send you an email so you can set a new one.
Enter your login credentials.
- If Simple Sign-On is enabled, you can enter your email, mobile phone number, or username.
- If Authentication Via Code is enabled, you can click Send Code to bypass the password field.
Click Log In.
If multi-factor authentication is required, enter the code you received through email or text.

If your credentials are valid, MinistryPlatform opens.

If your credentials are invalid or you don't have the appropriate Security Role, a message displays to let you know.

Reset your password or contact your SPoC if you have trouble logging in.
