You can manage individual pledges and donations using the Create Pledge Tool. When you select a campaign that has the type "Annual Appeal", the tool displays relevant fields.

Select the Pledge Frequency to indicate how often the pledge will be given (weekly, monthly, etc), then enter the Total Pledge amount along with the first and last installment dates. The Installment Amount is calculated for you. If the campaign is set to credit parishes, you can select which parish or congregation a pledge should go toward. If a parish is not designated, you can mark it as unknown.

Once you submit the information to create a pledge, you can use the same pledge information to create another one – just select the next contact or donor. Running totals of the number of pledges and amount pledged display at the bottom of the tool.

When you're ready, you can add donations toward an individual's pledge as you usually do.
