Create a Notification for the Current Record

There are many ways to configure Item Notifications, and they can serve a variety of needs. This example demonstrates how to create an Item Notification for a specific record.
  1. Locate and open the record.
  2. Click Actions > Notification.
  3. Under Items to watch..., make sure Current record is selected.
  4. By default, you receive the Notification, but you can select a User Group or Template if needed.
  5. To receive a Notification when someone updates the record, go to Set frequency of notifications and select Immediately when updated. Or, you can use a schedule.
  6. Click Save.
