Add a Note to a Need

A Provider can leave a note related to a Need they have been assigned.
  1. Go to My Assignments.
  2. On the appropriate Need(s), add or update a Note.
  3. Click out of the Notes field to save.
When you add or update a note, the Need's Notes update and saved in the Platform. Notes added to a Need by a previous Provider remain with the Need even if that Need is declined and later reassigned.
