Automated Assignment Emails

Providers who claim a Need receive a Provider Assignment email that includes the Requester's name, phone and email, a link to the Connect Board, and a link to Decline.

Note: Assignments made from the Platform do not trigger this email. When you make Assignments from the Platform, you'll need to manually send a modified version of the Provider Assignment email, if needed.

Requesters who requested the Need receive a Need Assigned email that includes a link to Cancel and a link to the Connect Form.
