Accessing Care Connect
There are a few ways to access Care Connect.
Direct Link
Copy the URL below, paste it into your browser, replace "[churchname]" with your church's name in your MP base URL, and go! To go directly to a specific case, append the Care Case ID.

https://[churchname].ministryplatform.cloud/connect/care - Specific Care Case details:
https://[churchname].ministryplatform.cloud/connect/care/[Care Case ID]
Important: Make sure that you bookmark and always navigate to this URL. It auto-updates to the latest version each time you access it, ensuring you go to the most updated version of Care Connect.

If you can log in to the Platform, you can use the Connect Suite bookmark. Click the Bookmarks icon , and click Life Suite. Once you're in Connect Suite, click Care Connect in the navigation menu to see the dashboard.
