Following the Reserved Seating release on July 8, 2026, the team addressed medium and high priority technical and data corrections, covering seat granting, transferring, payment processing, and self-registration flows.

Reserved Seating stabilization

| Seat owners couldn't register themselves | People who owned reserved seats were blocked from registering themselves for the trip and saw an “already confirmed on the event” error. Seat owners can now register as participants. |
| Transferred seat owners couldn't access their trip | When an administrator transferred reserved seats to a new owner, that owner couldn't open their trip dashboard. Transferred owners now have full access to their trip. |
| Trip tabs visible before approval | Seat owners whose group members were still pending approval could see the Details and Checklist tabs that should appear only after approval. These tabs are now hidden until approval is complete. |
| Missing County field on background check resolution | When applicants resolved a background check requirement during sign-up, a required County field was missing, causing the background check to fail without notice. The field is now included so the check completes. |
| Error when a guardian signed a document for a minor | Guardians received an error when trying to sign certain documents on behalf of a minor. Guardians can now sign these documents successfully. |
| Seat counts didn't match between admin and owner views | The number of assigned seats shown to a seat owner didn't always match what administrators saw. Seat counts are now consistent across both views. |
| Person attached to trip after an incomplete reservation | Starting a seat reservation without finishing payment could still leave that person showing on the trip. A person is now attached only once the reservation is completed. |
| Approval status shown before background check finished | Some applicants appeared “Ready for Approval” before their background check was complete. Approval status now reflects a pending background check accurately. |
| Seat assignee dropdowns not opening | Seat owners couldn't open the dropdowns used to view group members' requirements. These dropdowns now open as expected. |
