The Funding or Invoices Tab

The Funding or Invoices tab is an overview of all the trip's or trip participant funding information.

Whether this tab appears as Funding or Invoices depends on the trip's payment structure. If the payment structure is donation, it will appear as Funding. If the payment structure is invoice, it will appear as Invoices.

In the Funding tab, admins and trip leaders can do the following:

  • View any unallocated funds for the trip.
  • View the total remaining funding needed for the trip.
  • View the total amount of team member funding and what percentage of total trip funding has been met.
  • View the number of fully-funded team members.
  • View the total donations over time.
  • View and search funding payments, including the date, who it was donated by, the type of payment, the reference number, and the current balance.
  • Export donation reports for this specific trip.

In addition to all the above, in the Funding tab, only Go Method admins can do the following:

  • Remove a donation.
  • Issue a refund.
  • Transfer funds.
  • View the audit log.
  • View donor information.

The line item menu that is only accessible to admins.

In the Funding tab, participants can do the following:

  • View how much money you have raised to date.
  • View the your funding goal and what percentage of that goal has been met.
  • View payment details.
  • View personal giving history for the trip. Donors that have donated funds to you will appear here.
  • View your donor contact information and mark them as Thanked when you have sent them a thank-you for their donations.
  • Make a payment towards the event.

In the Invoices tab, admins and trip leaders can do the following:

  • View the total number of invoices.
  • View the total amount invoiced.
  • View the total number of unpaid invoices.
  • View the total unpaid balance.
  • View the percentage of fully paid invoices for the trip.
  • View the percentage of the total amount paid for this trip.
  • View and search invoices, including the date, who it was paid by, the order number, the invoice total, and the current balance.
  • Export payment reports for this specific trip.

In the Invoice tab, participants can do the following:

  • View the invoice due date, total cost, and total amount paid.
  • View the invoice summary.
  • View their payment progress and the percentage already paid.
  • View their payment history.
  • Make a payment.
