Our live chat service provides real time support for any inquiries related to Go Method. It is a platform where you can learn about various tips for using Go Method and get answers to frequently asked questions. The live chat feature ensures you are connected with a real person dedicated to helping you navigate and use Go Method.
  1. Log in to Go Method.
  2. In the bottom right corner, click Live Chat Support Icon.
  3. When the chat box displays, go to Start a new chat to type in your message.
  4. Click Live Chat Send Message Icon to send your message.
  5. To minimize the chat box, click Minimize Chat Box Icon.
    Note: After 10 minutes of inactivity in the chat box, the agent leaves the conversation. However, the conversation displays until you decide to end the conversation and exit out. After you exit out, the conversation is permanently removed and you will need to connect with an agent again for help.
  6. To end the chat, click End Conversation Icon, End conversation and exit out.
