Support Chat Feature
Now you can chat with a support representative directly in Go Method. Select the chat button, located on the bottom right corner of your screen, to send a message and connect with an agent. When you're done using the chat feature, you can minimize or exit out of it. Minimizing saves messages between you and the agent until you log out of Go Method. Exiting ends the conversation and deletes all messages exchanged in the chat.
Keep in mind that our contact center is open Monday-Friday, between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). During these hours, you can connect with a support agent to answer any questions or concerns about Go Method .
