Background Checks

You can now integrate with multiple background check providers. Go to Admin > Integrations and click Add New Connection to view the list of available providers. Select your preferred provider and complete the required fields to connect the integration.

Registration

Make payments for multiple individuals at one time. On the Team Members page, now you can view and make payments for more than one member. Payments apply to transactions made by the individual who completed the registration and for anyone they registered.

To view payment history, go to the Team Members page and select an individual to view their progress.

Keep in mind that payments are non-refundable due to provider restrictions on partial refunds in Go Method. However, admins can process refunds outside of Go Method. Once that's done, they can delete the payment within Go Method so it no longer appears in the system.
