Add a Guardian to an Account

Connect a guardian to a minor participant from the profile page of the minor.

  • You must be able to manage a trip's applicants and participants to do this.
  • The guardian must already have an account and be over the age of 18.
Add an existing guardian account to a minor's account so the guardian can help the minor manage their account for the trip.
  1. Go to Events > My Events.
  2. Click the event.
  3. On the left menu, click Team Members > View Team Members.
  4. Click on a participant.
  5. In the Profile tab, click Add Guardian.
  6. Use the search bar to search for the guardian you want to add.
  7. Click the guardian you want to add and click Yes, Add Guardian.
The guardian will be listed in the minor's trip profile.
