Archive Reports
Use the Archive feature to organize reports you no longer need in your active list, but still want to keep for reference.
- You need staff permissions to view and manage saved reports. You cannot see queries in a mobile view.
Archiving moves a report out of your Active list without deleting it. Archived reports remain accessible on the Archived tab.
- On the Active tab, locate the report you want to archive.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the end of the report row.
- Select Archive.
The report is removed from your Active list but remains available on the Archived tab.
