Refresh is Not an Option
The option to view Refreshunder your site name (aka Ministry Hub) is unavailable or inactive. This occurs because only Realm Administrators can enable it by selecting a website template and adding users.
You do not have the option to view Refresh in your Ministry Hub, or the Refresh option is gray in color and not clickable.
Refresh only displays in the Ministry Hub for RealmAdministrators. Non-administrators will see the option once the Realm Administrator selects a website template and adds Refresh users.
Ask your Realm Administrator to select a website template and set up Refresh users.
Once complete, you will see Refresh in your Ministry Hub.
