View and Print a Statement's Export
View previously generated contribution or pledge statements. Go a step further, and print or download all gifts within a statement directly from the statements list.
- You must have the View Individual Contributions permission to perform this task. For more information, see Responsibilities.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Either select the Contributions tab for contribution statements or Pledges for pledge statements.
- Click
next to the statement you want to view and select View Export. A preview of your statement displays.
- Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF file.
