Import Recurring Gifts
Import a CSV of recurring gifts from your previous giving software to Realm.
You must be an administrator to perform this task.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- On the Migration Tool tab, click one of the following:
- If this is your first time importing recurring gifts, click Import Recurring Gift Records (.csv).
- If you have previously imported recurring gifts, click Import More.
- If you do not already have a CSV prepared, download a template of what Realm accepts and complete it.
- Click Choose File, and select the CSV with your recurring gift records.
- Click Continue.
- Verify that the first two records display correctly in the preview, and click Upload File.
The page will reload once your import is complete.
