Allowed Attachments File Types
You can attach document, image, audio, and video files to resources and emails. Each resource file can be up to 20 MB, and the files attached to one email can total up to 25 MB.
File size limits
The same file types are allowed for resources and emails in Realm and the Connect App. Only the size limits are different.

For security, you can't attach programs or other files that can run scripts on someone else's computer.

How to add resource attachments
Anywhere in Realm or the Connect App that you see a resources or attachments tab, you can upload any of the allowed file types. Usually, you add a name, choose the file, and add optional notes. You may also be able to choose who can see the file.
How to add email attachments
You can attach any of the allowed file types up to 25 MB total. On the email editor, just click Add Files. For more email features, see Emails.
