Text History & Performance Analysis

Look Up Who Received a Text

See who received a text and download a .csv of all recipients, if needed.

The My Communications page displays the first 100 individuals and their mobile numbers. If there are more than 100 individuals, you can export a .csv to see the full list.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Texts tab.
  3. Click the subject of the text to view the text's information.
  4. Click View to see a list of individuals the text was sent to.
  5. To download a .csv file, click the Download .csv button.
