Manage Scheduled Emails

View emails that are already scheduled from the email history.

When you send an email from an area within Realm, such as queries, events, or a group roster, you can schedule it for a future date and time. To do this, select the date and time from the Send Email drop-down menu. You can choose from pre-made times or select Pick a date and time... to set up your own.

Under My Communications, you can view a list of emails that you scheduled to send at a later date. You can also reschedule or cancel the email.
Note: Once a scheduled email is sent, you can see this on the Email History page. For more information, click here.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the Scheduled tab to view the scheduled emails.
  3. Click the ellipsis iconnext to the email's topic to manage the email.
    1. Select Edit to edit the email.
    2. Select Cancel to delete and cancel sending the email.
If you scheduled an email, all individuals you selected at the time of sending the email will receive it even if they no longer meet the criteria to get the email on the send date. For example, if you send individuals in a group a scheduled email, and a participant then leaves the group, they will still receive the scheduled email when it sends.
