Add Custom Profile Fields to a Badge Template
Print information from people's profiles on check-in badges, such as a photo-sharing preference or a pickup alert for a child involved in a custody dispute.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Kiosks permission.
To further customize your check-in badges, you can add custom profile fields to a badge template. For example, some parents prefer that photos of their children aren't printed in the event the badge falls off in a public location. You can create a custom profile field for this and include it on printed badges.
Each custom field prints on its own line as the field name followed by the value, such as Photo Sharing: No. If the field is blank on someone's profile, nothing prints for it.
You can also use a custom field to alert workers that a child needs extra care at pickup, such as a child involved in a custody dispute or another vulnerable persons indicator. Because anyone can see a badge, we recommend that you keep both the field name and the value neutral:
- Create a text field for children with a neutral name, such as Pickup Note.
- On the child's profile, enter a short code your workers recognize, such as ** or ###.
- Add the field to the badge template your kiosk prints.
The child's badge then reads Pickup Note: **. Children without a code don't get this line. Make sure your workers know to check with a staff member before releasing a child whose badge shows the code.
