Sync a Gather Event with Realm

When you create an event in Gather, you can sync it in Realm.

You can choose to sync an event you create in Gather with Realm events. This will send the new event information to manage within Realm while facilities management remains within Gather.
Note:
  • If you edit synced fields of an event in Gather, this will update the event information in Realm.
  • If you edit a synced event in Realm, this will not update the event information in Gather.
  • Deleting or canceling a synced event in Gather will not delete or cancel the event in Realm.
  1. Create a new event in Gather.
  2. While creating the Gather event, turn on the Sync with Realm option.
  3. When the event is approved in Gather, it will automatically sync and display as a Hidden registration event in the Realm event list with a tag that indicates the event was Created in Gather.
  4. You can update this event's information within Realm, including making it a public event, if needed.
