Cancel a Gather Subscription in Realm

Cancel your Gather subscription anytime from within Realm.

  • You must be an account administrator to do this.
When you cancel your Gather subscription, you will no longer be able to sync Gather events with Realm. The Gather option will no longer appear in the Ministry Hub menu, but any events previously synced to Realm from Gather will remain in the event list.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Settings > Additional Features.
  2. Next to Gather, click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm.
