After you add masses and ministers, you can begin scheduling. Before adding schedules, make sure you understand how the scheduler assigns ministries.

The scheduling process gives everyone an equal chance to serve in his or her assigned ministries. To accomplish this, the scheduler assigns ministries to people with the oldest chronological date of service. Schedules are created based on each week in a month, and a minister is assigned no more than one time per weekend.

You can add a schedule and automatically assign ministers for a single week or multiple weeks. Or, if you prefer, you can create a blank schedule and manually assign ministers.
