Assign Ministers Automatically
- On the Information tab, click Schedules.
- At the top, Add Schedule.
- Set the schedule dates in one of the following ways.
- Enter dates for Schedule Starts On and Schedule Stops On.
- On the schedule calendar, select the week(s). To select multiple weeks, click the first week and drag the mouse to the last week you want to schedule.
- Select Start From The Most Recent Schedule Date to select the week following the latest week scheduled.
- If you want to run a test schedule, select Schedule Test Mode. This means no data is saved and Last Served dates aren't updated until you're ready to do so.
- In the Review Options section, click a section link if you need to change Ministry Names, Scheduling Options, Ministers Detail, and Masses Detail options. Click Next.
- Review the Schedule Weeks list. If any weeks have already been scheduled, the checkbox is cleared. If you want to overwrite the existing schedule, select the checkbox for the week.
- If you're scheduling multiple weeks, select whether to schedule each week individually or all weeks at once.
- When you're ready to schedule the selected week(s), click Next.
