Set Which Minister Data to Copy

Set certain data to copy from one minister's record to a new record. This way, you can quickly add ministers of the same family without re-entering the same information.

  1. On the File menu in your PDS program, click Setup > Minister Data to Copy.
  2. Select the fields you want the program to copy for new records. The default values are last name, street address, first phone number, first email, mailing address, and alternate address.

  3. Click Save/OK.

After you select which data to copy, click Use This Minister Info when adding a minister. The new record contains the information you selected to copy, and you can make any additional changes for the minister.
