Grant Fund Access in Other PDS Programs

You can control which PDS programs can access the funds that have been set up. For example, if you add a fund in the Church Office program, you can select whether the Formation Office program can access the fund.

  1. On the Administration tab, click Fund Setup > Program Access.
  2. Locate the appropriate fund.
  3. Select one or more options to grant viewing access to the programs.
    Note: For each product, you can grant fund access for up to five licensed users.
  4. At the top, click Save.

After you give the program(s) access to funds, you can control which individual users can view the funds in that program. On the Administration tab, click Users & Passwords > Individual Fund Access.
