You may have seen this announcement in our Widgets May release, but in case you didn't, here's a recap.

• There's a new integrated online giving and payment solution in town! Introducing MP eGiving, brought to you by the folks you know and love at ACS Technologies. To learn more, check out MP eGiving.
• Here are some highlights:
  • MP eGiving uses donor matching so you don't have as many default contacts.
  • Donations are sent to MinistryPlatform in real time!
  • Manage event transactions more efficiently. See when a payment or donation isn't synced with the Platform and have the opportunity to resync it.
  • Transition donors to the new giving solution with a built-in migration tool.
  • Donors can set up recurring gifts, manage payment methods, and view their giving history in real time! Their MP eGiving login is the same as their MinistryPlatform User account!
  • Congregants can pay for registration events that you've set up in the Platform.

So what does that mean for you on the PocketPlatform side?

• Once you set up MP eGiving, app users can click Give in your navigation menu as usual. If they're logged in to PocketPlatform, they're automatically logged in to MP eGiving and will see a new screen with information on how to proceed. In their browser, they're prompted to verify their information via mobile number or, if the user doesn't have a mobile number, via email. Users who are logged in as guests are taken straight to the giving form without having to log in. For more information, see MP eGiving Integration for PocketPlatform.

• Fixed an issue where clicking a group chat notification was not opening the appropriate conversation.
• Fixed an error that displayed when trying to send a chat to a group that was full or a group that was not available online.

• Fixed an issue for Android users who tried to log in via email, but nothing was displaying after selecting the option.

• Fixed an issue where the tab navigation menu covered up content at the bottom of the screen.

• Fixed an issue where the message "Could not access image library" was displaying when trying to choose an image from the device, even when there were no permission restrictions in the device's settings.
