My Donors for Mission Trips in PocketPlatform
Just like the donor function in the My Mission Trips widget — for your app!
Mission trip participants can see who has contributed to their trip like the My Mission Trips widget. This includes each donor's contact information as long as it isn't marked as unlisted. Anonymous donations do not display.
- App users can access the My Donors screen from their mission trip's Detail screen.
- This screen only displays for mission trips with a pledge status of Active or Completed. Pending and discontinued trips do not display. Pledges continue displaying for six months after the campaign's end date. That way, trip participants can send thank you notes to donors after they return.
- The headline is sourced from the language pack.
- The subtitle shows the Campaign Name from the Pledge Campaign record and the trip participant's Display Name.
- Each card displays a donor where the Pledge ID on the Donation Distribution record matches the trip participant's pledge.
- The optional donor image comes from the file attached to the Contact record associated with the donor.
- The donor's information comes from the Contact record, including the Display Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone. The Address comes from the Household record. If any of this information is blank, it does not display.
- The app user can tap the donor's email address or phone number to initiate an email or call on their device.
