Main Menu
The main menu on the left side of the screen provides access to all Pages in the Platform. You can switch between the Basic and Advanced menus at the bottom of the navigation menu.
- Basic Menu: All your high-use Pages in one place. Click the section name (for example, Contacts, Groups, Events) to open that Page. Click the arrow to the right of the section name to open related high-use Pages.
- Advanced Menu: All the Pages in the Platform that you can access.
Note: Your main menu varies based on the Security Roles that SPoCs assigned.
Note: Some pages have different names depending on which denomination your instance is set up for. For example: If you have a Catholic instance of MinistryPlatform, you'll see the term Family. Otherwise, you'll see Household. Also, SPoCs can customize Page names, so don't be surprised if your instance looks a little different from the images in this Help Center.
