Edit Your Volunteer Serving Preferences

  • You must be on a volunteer team to do this.

Your serving preferences help volunteer coordinators know when you're available to be scheduled. Help them out by adding the dates when you will be unavailable, like that upcoming vacation!

  1. Log in to Volunteer Connect.
  2. Under the My Teams section, click Edit Serving Preferences. Serving preferences apply to all your volunteer teams.
  3. Click Add Unavailable Dates.
  4. Enter the start and end dates when you will not be available for volunteer work.
  5. Click Add Dates.
  6. Repeat this for as many unavailable date ranges as needed.
  7. To change a date range, click the pencil icon pencil.
  8. To delete a date range, click the trash can icon trash can.

Once you save your preferences, volunteer coordinators can see when you will not be available, and they will not be able to schedule you during that time.
