Resetting User Passwords

Your users will forget their passwords – it happens to everyone! They can click Forgot password? on the login screen to reset their password, or you can send them a direct link so they can reset their password.

Create a Direct Link to Reset a Password
Send a link that takes people directly to the reset password screen in MinistryPlatform.
You can create a link that skips the login screen and points people directly to reset their password. You might send them this link if they have trouble logging in.
When someone clicks the link, they go directly to the reset password screen.
