Digital Signatures

Integrate with DocuSign

This task guides you through the process of integrating DocuSign with Go Method.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.

Allow your participants to virtually sign mission trip forms and documents like consent forms, medical releases, and more directly within Go Method. To integrate DocuSign with Go Method, you'll need to confirm the integration by logging into or creating your DocuSign account. This ensures that you can securely sign documents electronically within Go Method.

  1. Click Admin > Settings.
  2. Under Settings select Software Integration.
  3. Then select Digital Signatures.
  4. Select Yes to use the digital signature with Go Method.
  5. Use the drop-down filter to select Docusign.
  6. Click TURN ON DOCUSIGN INTEGRATION.
    The red box indicates the button to turn on the Docusign integration.
  7. Next, a Docusign screen displays for you to log in.
    Note: If you DO NOT have a Docusign account, click Sign Up for Free to create an account.
  8. Enter your Email and click NEXT.
    The Docusign screen that displays for you to enter your email.
  9. Enter your Password and click Log in.
    Note: If you forgot your password, click Reset password to receive an email and create a new one.
    The Docusign screen that displays for you to enter your password.
  10. In Digital Signatures, you'll see your Docusign Account ID.
    The red box indicates where your account ID is located after successfully integrating with Go Method.

Signature Integration Elements

These elements are required for integrating digital signature services such as DocuSign into your systems.

DocuSign Integration Elements

Username
Your DocuSign account username.
Password
Your DocuSign account password.

Import DocuSign Templates

Import templates from DocuSign into Go Method so you can manage and use them for signed document requirements.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • Integration with DocuSign or SignNow must be connected.
Upload documents from DocuSign or SignNow to Go Method so you can access them in one place and create signed document requirements later on.
  1. Click Admin > Components.
  2. In Documents select Import Template.
    The Import Template button allows you to upload saved documents from DocuSign and SignNow.
  3. Select a template from the list to start the importing process.
    Note: Only templates that are saved in DocuSign/SignNow and NOT YET imported show up in the list of templates you can import.
  4. When the importing process is complete, the template is listed under Document Name with the date it was added.
    Note: When you update templates in DocuSign/SignNow, a message displays in Go Method to re-synchronize the template. This will update the document in Go Method to reflect the changes made in DocuSign/SignNow.
Now that you've imported the template in Go Method, you can use it to create document requirements for participants.
