DocuSign Integration Now Available in Go Method

You can integrate DocuSign with Go Method! To get started, navigate to Settings, select Software Integration, and then choose Digital Signatures. From there, you can turn on the DocuSign integration. After selecting to turn it on, a DocuSign screen displays for you to log in.

• If you already have a DocuSign account, enter your credentials to log in.
• If you don't have a DocuSign account, click Sign up for free to create one.

Once you're logged in, the DocuSign screen goes away and the integration setup is complete.

Use the Pre-Fill Tool for your DocuSign Templates. We've improved how pre-fill fields in DocuSign integrate with Go Method. Now, when creating or editing a DocuSign template, you can set up Pre-fill fields for key event details—Event Name, Event Date, and Participant Name—that will automatically map as variable fields in Go Method.

To ensure your documents are correct, update the Data Label for each Pre-Fill field in DocuSign before importing the template into Go Method. This will help correctly match fields like Participant Name, Event Name, and Event Date during the import process.

Import DocuSign templates. You can now upload documents from DocuSign directly into Go Method, keeping all your important files in one place. This also allows you to easily set up signed document requirements later on.

SignNow Integration

Tenants can collect multiple signatures, including those from guardians and participants. Additionally, support for initials and logos has been added, providing greater flexibility and customization in document signing.

Registration

We've made a change to allow dates of birth (DOB) under one year during the registration process. For example, parents can now register infants for family trips.
