Process a real-time credit card transaction from the Virtual Terminal, with or without an existing customer ID.

1. Click Credit/Debit/eCheck (Electronic Funds Transfer).
2. Click Virtual Terminal.
3. If you have a Customer ID, enter that information. If you leave the field blank, MyVanco automatically assigns a unique customer ID.
4. Click Next.
5. On the Virtual Terminal page, fill in all the required information.
6. When you're finished, click Process.
