Use the Vanco Giving Admin Portal to search for donors, edit payment details, refund payments, and view donor giving history.
In the viewing and editing donor information, you can search for donors, edit payment details, refund payments, and view donor giving history.
- In the Vanco Giving Admin Portal, go to Credit/Debit/eCheck.
- Click Add/Edit Member.
