Learn about BCC email addresses, copying serving schedules, and updates to personal and organization account management in this July 8, 2026 release.

Copy Anyone on an Email with a BCC Address!

You can compose and send emails from several areas within Realm, such as profiles, groups, registration events, queries, and dashboards. From each area, you select your recipients and write your message. Now, you can enter any email address in the BCC field so you can easily copy people who are not already in your data. For example, if you invite an out-of-state speaker to a women's conference, you can email the women's group and manually type the speaker's email address in the BCC field to keep them informed without sharing their address with everyone. Save Time on New Schedules By Copying a Similar One

If you regularly set up similar schedules, you can copy an existing one instead of building a new schedule from scratch. The copy keeps the original schedule's serving times, roles, and other settings, so you only need to adjust what's different. The volunteer assignments and the schedule's date range are not carried over. Copy a Schedule

Why This Matters

Outdated contact or payment information is one of the most common entry points for account issues and fraud. By empowering administrators and staff to actively manage organization accounts, you can significantly reduce risk, ensure uninterrupted service, and keep communication flowing to the right people at the right time.

How This Helps Staff & Administrative Users

Staff and administrators play a critical role in keeping your organization's account secure and accurate. With Organization Account Management, they can:

  • Keep contacts current — When staff members join or leave, administrators can promptly update designated contacts so that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive account information, such as billing, subscriptions, and permissions.
  • Prevent fraud and unauthorized access — Maintaining accurate personal and payment details helps verify identity and reduces the risk of unauthorized transactions.
  • Track changes — A change log lets administrators review updates made to account information, providing visibility and accountability over time.
  • Manage multi-site access — Staff who work across multiple churches or parishes can view and manage all sites they have permissions for from a single account.
Tip: Only current, authorized contacts should have access to your account. Administrators are encouraged to review and update organization contacts regularly, especially during staff transitions.
