Add or Remove Potential Volunteers
Move someone from a team's potential volunteer list onto the roster, or take them off the list.
Only available to administrators and users who have the Add/Edit/Delete Volunteers permission.
Realm suggests people who might fit roles on a team based on their approved roles, skills, and interests. They appear in the Potential Volunteer section of the team's roster until you add or dismiss them.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click
- Click the team's name, then click the Roster tab.
- In the Potential Volunteer section, click
next to the volunteer's name, then select what you want to do:
- Add to Team— Select a role from the Add as... drop-down menu, then click Add.
- Remove from this List— To confirm, click Remove.
