Archive Reports

Use the Archive feature to organize reports you no longer need in your active list, but still want to keep for reference.

  • You need staff permissions to view and manage saved reports. You cannot see queries in a mobile view.

Archiving moves a report out of your Active list without deleting it. Archived reports remain accessible on the Archived tab.

Restriction: Currently, there is not a restore option. As a workaround, you can copy and save an archived report. It automatically displays on the Active tab.
  1. On the Active tab, locate the report you want to archive.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the end of the report row.
  3. Select Archive.

The report is removed from your Active list but remains available on the Archived tab.
