Share a Custom Calendar

You can share a custom calendar with other people.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Ministry Areas permission.

You can copy a link to a custom calendar that you can share with other people that will allow them to view the calendar events.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Groups > Calendar.
  2. Click the Custom Calendars tab.
  3. Click next to the name of the calendar, then click Share.
  4. Select whether you want to make the link restricted or public.
  5. Select Display link on Events list if you want the calendar to appear on the Events list in the Connect area of Realm.
  6. Select Display link to calendar for group participants if you want group members to be able to view the calendar and add events to their own personal calendars.
  7. Click Copy Link to copy the link. You can then paste the link to share it in another location, such as an email.
  8. Click Done.
