Emails

View Unsubscribed Individuals

View individuals who have unsubscribed from receiving most emails from Realm and download a .csv list of these unsubscribed recipients.

When someone unsubscribes from an email, they no longer receive most emails from Realm. These congregants will still receive certain emails such as contributions statements and password reset emails. When you send an email from Realm to people who have unsubscribed, you can view these individuals in the email's statistics. You can also download a .csv file that includes a list of individuals who are unsubscribed.
Note: To resubscribe someone who unsubscribed, opt them back in from the Opt-Out Dashboard. See Opt Someone Back In to Email.
If you use Constant Contact, recipients can unsubscribe from emails sent through that system. Resubscribing them in Realm does not affect Constant Contact opt-outs; manage those directly in Constant Contact.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the subject of the email, then click the number in the Unsubscribed category.
  3. To download a .csv file of individuals who are unsubscribed, click the Download .csv button.
