See how many people received an email, how many bounced, how many are unsubscribed, and who has no email address, and download each list as a .csv. Statistics don't show who opened an email.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
2. Click the subject of the email to view statistics for that email.
3. Click the number under the statistic category to see the individuals in that category. For example, to see which individuals didn't receive the email because they don't have an email address on their profile, click the number under the Missing Emails category.
4. While viewing the statistics for a specific category, click the Download .csv button to download a .csv file with a list of the individuals in that category. For example, click the number under the Successful Deliveries category, then click Download .csv to download a .csv of the individuals who successfully received the email.
