Constant Contact Integration

Export Text Messaging Opt-in Records for a Constant Contact Import

Create a .csv file of text messaging opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.

Using an exported list (.csv file) of individuals with email addresses who have opted in to Realm text messaging, you can then import that .csv file in Constant Contact as a list of individuals who have already provided consent for text messaging. Because Constant Contact requires an email address for texting consent, the export only includes the individuals who have opted-in and have an email address.
Note:

Constant Contact import only supports US phone numbers. International SMS numbers will not import.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > Text Messaging.
  2. To automatically download the .csv file, click Export Opt-in Records.
