Edit Texting Options and Subscription
Authorized Realm users can send one-way text messages on behalf of your church using its Text ID as a prefix, while administrators manage who can text and which text messaging subscription plan is in use.
Overview
The Edit Settings page is used by administrators to select staff and group/team leaders for sending text message to opted-in contacts without receiving replies (Texting Options tab) and to manage the text messaging subscription you are enrolled in (Text Message Plan tab).

Authorizing Staff and Leaders to Text
Only administrators and staff users with the appropriate permissions can send these texts. You can give specific individuals the ability to send texts, or you can allow leaders of ministry areas, groups, and serving teams to send texts. Texts go to the recipients' mobile devices, but messages that exceed the maximum characters will link to the group or team's inbox, where individual's can see the entire message.
To assign specific individuals,

Under One-Way Texts, click Add another texting user to assign specific users the ability to draft and send texts out of realm.

To remove a user, click the X beside his or her name.
You can send them anywhere where you can currently send an email, including queries, pathways, dashboards, and team or group rosters. These are often referred to as "one-way texts".
