Add Custom Profile Fields to a Badge Template

Include the profile fields you've added to Realm on a check-in badge.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Kiosks permission.

To further customize your check-in badges, you can add custom profile fields to a check-in badge template. For example, some parents prefer that photos of their children aren't shared publicly. You can now create a custom profile field for this and include it on the printed badges.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Check-In.
  2. Click the Badges tab.
  3. Click Add New Badge Template.
  4. Name the badge.
  5. Select the items you want to appear on each badge printed from this kiosk. If the contents don't fit, either clear some of the selections, or decrease the font sizes.
  6. Click +Add Custom Field and select the custom field from the drop-down list.
    Note:
    • You can add multiple custom fields to a badge if needed.
    • You can remove a custom field by clicking the cancel button.
  7. Click Save.
