Delete Masses

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

With this process, you can remove a group of masses. This permanently deletes the selected mass records, and removes them from all scheduled weeks and minister assignment histories.

  1. On the Information tab, click Masses > Processes > Delete Masses.
  2. Select whether to use automatic updating or individual entry, then click Next.
  3. If you selected automatic updating: Make selections to build your list of records to process, then click Next.
  4. If you selected individual entry: Select a mass name, and click Add Mass to List. Repeat this for each record you want to process. When you're finished, click Next.
  5. Review your list. When you're ready to deleted the selected records, click Next.
  6. To delete the masses, click Finish.
