Set All Users to View Access

ACST employees can set program and fund access for all non-admin users to View access only. This option is available in the PDS Office programs (version 11.3A and later) when you're in Test Mode.

  1. Go into Test Mode.
  2. On the Administration tab, click Users & Passwords > Access and Privileges.
  3. Review the users. Make sure there is one user who has Security Adm set to Yes. This should be the user who will continue to have all access.
  4. Click the All Users All -> View button at the bottom left of the window.
  5. When you're ready to set all non-admin users to View access only, click Yes.
    A dialog box tells you when the process is complete and how many users were changed.
  6. Click OK.

All users who are not set as administrators will now have View access for all program levels and funds.
