PDS Church Office 11.2D, releasing for desktop and OnDemand 4-8-25, offers the following enhancements.

Need to see family records that are no longer visible in your PDS Office programs? Now, there's an easy way to do that! From the Reports window, expand Archived Families List. You have the option to include all archived families (that is, deleted families and those visible in one program but not the other) or only families that are not visible in any program.

- When reordering groups and activities for a fund, there's a new option to Move all Activities when Group Name is selected. By default, this option is selected, and all the activities under a group will move with the group when you click the group name.

However, there may be times when you need to move activities independently or outside of a group. For example, you might accidentally added an activity to the wrong group. In that case, you can clear the new option, click the activity, and use the arrows to move the activity to the correct group.
- The Member Information import now includes fields for Unlisted Phone/Email and Preferred Email. That way, if your file contains this information, the member records will reflect which phone numbers are unlisted and which email addresses are unlisted or preferred.
- We expanded the option for Preferred Family Title in the Initial Setup window. Now, along with mailing name and formal salutation, the preferred title you select also applies to informal salutations. So, for example, informal salutations can be either "John & Mary" (if you select M/M or Mr. & Mrs.) or "John and Mary" (if you select Mr. and Mrs.).
- If you post eGiving from Faith Direct, you can now set the Check field on all imported transactions to say either "EFT" or "Online".
- We updated the wording on the Progress message when you delete fund periods. Now, it shows which fund period is being deleted so you know it's only deleting the one(s) you selected. The number at the end indicates the progression.
- Some people have reported seeing a lot of spacing between columns when you export a listing report. We added a new help topic called Export to Excel or OpenOffice with steps to produce the best looking file. You'll see a link to this help topic in your program after you select a listing report to print to file.
Corrections
- When posting eGiving from Abundant, if you added a family to PDS using their Abundant information, the second address line was not being pulled into the new family record.
