This course helps you understand agency structure and how MissionInsite data is organized. You'll learn how to manage user access, assign user roles and permissions, approve new user accounts, and modify user access levels within MissionInsite.
You'll also learn how to identify and resolve common user errors, such as login and registration issues, access errors, inaccurate data, and more. In addition, you'll learn how to manage location information and generation lists for your agency's studies.
