Updated American Beliefs Study Data

The American Beliefs study, the demographic research data behind MissionInsite ExecutiveInsite, MinistryInsite, and ReligiousInsite reports, now reflects the latest key faith and community trends.

The study was completed in December 2024 and analyzed responses from approximately 15,000 people. It compares shifts in religious beliefs and societal attitudes since 2021.

Category and Item Selection in Custom Reports

Along with the new American Beliefs Study data, we've made it easier for you to select which data you want to display on custom reports.

When building an American Beliefs Study or Demographics Report, select the category you want to display, then select the individual item for your report. Once you make a selection, it displays under Reports.

Sort by Column on Custom Reports

You can now sort by column values in custom demographics reports and American Belief Study reports.

While you can sort most columns, you cannot sort columns that represent change count or percent of change.

Expand Multiple People Types When Plotting

When plotting people, you can select multiple people types to display. When you open the Information window, you can also expand each People Type to view more information.

Mosaic Codes Display on People Plot Download Lists

When you plot and download a list of people, your downloaded .XLS file now includes a column for Mosaic codes.

You'll find the Mosaic code, which represents the address' geography, in column K.

New Draw a Shape Video

We've added a new video to the Draw a Shape help topic to give you practical examples for drawing and working with shapes in MissionInsite.

Updated MinistrySmart Courses

MinistrySmart Courses now reflect the user interface changes from earlier this year.

MissionInsite Essentials will help you implement MissionInsite and learn how to plot congregants, create shapes, apply filters, and use demographic data.

You can take courses from any device and at your convenience. Our courses also include interactive activities, videos, and quizzes.
