Open the In-product Assistant for Learning & Support

In our new Help Assistant, you can

• Explore our product content, training and webinar resources, or interact with a community of professionals to learn and solve issues with confidence.
• View context sensitive help. The Top Results that display relate to that specific area of MissionInsite.
• Live Chat support is available during for quick questions and real-time guidance.
• For less urgent requests, tracking and documentation of support questions, you can email support.
• Direct access to a friendly, live person for urgent or complex needs by phone.

To launch the in-product assistant, in the upper right, next to your system status and profile picture, click the Help icon.

Upgrades to Purchase Address List

Purchasing an address list is a cost-effective way to reach local and surrounding communities. We've updated our Terms of Service acknowledgment and added new instructional text to guide you through the process.

You can view address list pricing at any time, and when you enter the number of desired records to purchase, your price displays.

Before you purchase, your price, number of records, attribute selections, and geography display.

Once you confirm your purchase, a support representative will contact you with a payment invoice, and send you the address list upon completion.

Download All Custom Report Tables/Charts

You can now download all tables and charts for a custom report in a single Excel file.

For example, if you generate a custom report with many reports, tables, and charts inside, you no longer have to download and compile multiple files into one.

Expand a Location's Fields

In Home > Account Admin Tools > Location Info, you can now expand a location's fields, such as Name and Address.

Often, a church's name or address is longer than the field's width, so expanding the field lets you view the church's entire name or address.

We've also added a new LocationID field to the bulk upload, on the location listing, and when adding or editing a location. This is a client defined field and a new way you can identify locations.

People Plot Legend

When you plot people, you can select specific colors for your plot's legend. You can color code your legend by member status, study, distance to church, or other options.

The legend and key now display on your map.
