Learn about the new requirement for toll-free verifications, effective February 17, 2026.

Starting mid-February, Twilio will require new Toll-Free verifications to include a Business Registration Number (BRN). Their documentation states that an Employer Identification Number (EIN) will suffice for this. So, churches should not have issues with this. Dioceses may, but we recommend that you register all Campaigns under the diocese itself, which would avoid any issues with this.
